On 8 June 2023, CIS LONDON took part in the English Law Day in Yerevan organised by Eurasian CIS Legal Professionals' Forum in conjunction with the British Embassy in Yerevan and the Bar Council of England and Wales.
Svetlana London, Managing Partner, moderated the session on Private Client Considerations – Tax, Immigration and Wealth Management analysing the current landscape for private clients in the CIS. Alexandra Komarova, Senior Associate, participated in the panel on commercial arbitration discussing why CIS parties should consider settling disputes through arbitration rather than litigation.
