We are pleased to share that our Managing Associate Angelina Golosova and Senior Associate Alexandra Komarova took part in the Kazakhstan Legal Forum 2025, where CIS LONDON was proud to serve as a section partner of the event.

Angelina spoke on “Investment Structuring under English law: Ensuring Appropriate Security through Charges, Guarantees and Options”, while Alexandra presented on “Trusts and Wealth Structuring in English Law” as part of the session “Protecting and Structuring Business and Assets under English Law”, held on 26 September 2025.

The Kazakhstan Legal Forum, held annually in Almaty, is one of the leading professional events in Central Asia, gathering over 500 participants and 80+ speakers from across the region and internationally. The Forum provides an important platform for discussing current developments in law, practice, and business, with several sessions focused on English law and international matters.
