Irina is a dual-qualified Russian lawyer and English solicitor with extensive experience in both jurisdictions and particular expertise in disputes. Irina’s practice in the UK has focused on cross-border dispute resolution and representation of private and commercial clients across a variety of sectors and industries. Irina was repeatedly named in The Legal 500 for her international arbitration expertise.
Prior to joining CIS LONDON, Irina was a senior associate at specialist dispute practices in London. Earlier in her career, she served as sole in-house counsel at the UK-based marine fuel subsidiary of a foreign energy company. While practising in Russia, Irina held senior in-house positions as head of legal of a major regional bank and as general counsel of a large-scale industrial enterprise.
Irina completed her training to qualify as English solicitor at a top-tier law firm in the UK.
Irina graduated from the Pomor State University (Arkhangelsk) and the International Management University. In the UK, Irina completed LLB at the University of Exeter and LPC at the UWE Bristol.
