Elena is a lawyer and advocate qualified in Russian law with over 10 years of experience in commercial litigation and advising clients on a broad range of legal matters, including civil, corporate, anti-corruption, competition and tax law.
Elena also has experience in representing clients at all phases of white-collar litigation, with considerable expertise in handling fraud, tax, corruption, and corporate manslaughter cases.
Elena graduated as a Russian qualified lawyer from Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law of International Trade, Finance and Economic Integration from the Higher School of Economics. Elena also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law at City, University of London, in 2023.
