Anna is an Associate with CIS LONDON specialising in transactions on financial markets and cross-border activities of financial institutions. She is a Russian-qualified lawyer with an extensive experience in the area of banking and finance law as well as conflict of laws matters.
Prior to joining CIS LONDON, Anna worked as an in-house legal counsel and negotiator for major commercial banks. Anna advises on banking regulations and legislation applicable to financial intermediaries. Her experience covers an extensive range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, trade finance and transactions under ISDA MA and GMRA.
Anna graduated as a lawyer from Moscow State Law University in 2011, where she subsequently obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law in 2015.
