We are pleased to announce that CIS London & Partners LLP has been added to the UK Investment Support Directory, a new online portal launched by the UK Department for International Trade, providing investors with a list of British businesses which have experience in helping overseas firms to set up or expand their operations in the UK. The new platform will allow overseas companies to find the support they need to invest across the country.
CIS LONDON believes that the portal will make it easier for investors to find the support they need, and will also help to promote the UK services sector.

On the 1st of May, Svetlana London participated in the LS Institute’s workshop ‘Strategic Priorities in Law Firm Management,’ where she gave a presentation on the ‘Personal experiences of a CIS lawyer in the UK’.
LS Institute is an organisation that aims to strengthen and improve the quality of legal professions. The main focus of the educational initiative is on providing professional services for law firms and legal departments in European and CIS countries.
On 28th of February 2018 Svetlana London attended the fourth and final UK-Russia FinTech Working Group meeting, organised by the membership body TheCityUK. Svetlana, who is a member of the UK delegation, presented the results of the four working group meetings, which are to be included in the UK-Russia FinTech Report. The Report was presented to the public on the 21st of March 2018 during the Eurasia FinTech Forum in London.
