We run a seminar in Moscow for IT businesses and business incubators and accelerators. We have covered the legal aspects of investments in IT start-ups and our guest speaker Maria Liberman covered the practical and commercial issues.
Svetlana London presented on the CFC rules at the conference held in Luxembourg for private bankers, tax lawyers, compliance officers, fiduciaries, life insurers, independent wealth managers and trust specialists. Svetlana briefly described recent trends and discussed the practical issues. She also acted as the moderator for the conference.
Svetlana London took part in a web conference that was organised by Cordery. The webinar covered the scope of sanctions imposed by the EU on Russia. Svetlana gave the Russian perspective on the sanctions and also provided the participants with a brief overview of the Russian sanctions against other countries.
Svetlana London presented at the Anti-Corruption Statutes Panel organised by the New York State Bar Association at the International section’s seasonal meeting “Rebuilding the Transatlantic Marketplace: Austria and Central Europe as Catalysts for Entrepreneurship and Innovation”.
